Job Description

As a Process Improvement Specialist you will,

• Lead process improvement projects across Sales Operations and Account Management
• Analyse current processes and identify process insufficiencies, redundancies in existing process and make it efficient utilizing our current systems
• Reduce manual activity/interventions and make the process lean and efficient
• Identify new process improvement projects, agree and deliver them on time
• Initiate and execute improvement projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive change and enhance operational efficiency;
• Ensure all process improvements still meet the requirements of audit and SOX control

To be successful as a Process Improvement Specialist you need,

• Experience leading process improvement projects
• Excellent communicator
• Has experience working across/with multiple stakeholders across the company
• Experience working in manufacturing/product industry is an added advantage

Education & Experience

Strong understanding of Java 8, Microservices, Spring-boot, API Development and AWS
Proficient in Core Java /J2EE technologies & Spring framework Experience in Pair programming

Must Have

• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and guidance
• Experience using Docker to package and deploy web applications
• Experience with cloud-based web services and database systems (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
• Familiarity with server-side programming (e.g. Node.js, Python)
• Experience customizing Content Management Systems
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Background in user experience and/or design
• Involvement in open source projects
