• We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the position QA Coordinator at Hitachi Construction Machinery headquarter in Amsterdam.
   
  Department: Quality assurance  
  Working hours: 40 hours

  What you will be doing
   
• Organizes and coordinates activities of the quality team related to product and process improvements, based on customers feedback.
• Plans and leads project teams, including risk management. (e.g., Improvement projects, Action plans, Counter Measures).
• Develop, measure and execute internal and external customer surveys according to the required standards. (CIF customer interest first)
• Develop, monitor and ensure Key performance indicators according to the company and department strategies.
• Leads the continuous improvements organization, in cross functional teams.
• Monitor and improve non-conformity management including financial management (Supplier QN, internal QN, field failures).
• Ensure compliance to Global Monozukuri Diagnose (GMD), Product Safety/Product Liability (PS/PL) product CE and other requirements.
• All the activities above are performed and focused into obtain a balanced: Strategy, Structure, Culture, People, Resources and Results.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor level, preferably in Industrial Engineering (Automotive background it’s a plus).
• Experience in managing/leading cross functional teams.
• Knowledge and experience in, project management and leading projects.
• Knowledge and experience in customer service.
• Experience with quality core tools.

      (Problem solving, Auditing, Improvements

• Knowledge of manufacturing and special processes (Assembly, Machining, Welding, Painting, Torque, Casting) and Automotive it’s a plus.
• Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
